UniSky v1.2 Preview – Procedural Weather
Hey, just wanted to let you guys know that version 1.2 of UniSky will be released soon.
As promised, here is a preview video of the new example project to be included in the update. Keep in mind the weather speed is cranked up so that you can see a full cycle, from clear skies, to stormy skies, and back again.

I’m still improving and adding features, but I expect it to be live on the Asset Store in 7-14 days (need another weekend or two to wrap it up and complete testing).
If you’ve already purchased UniSky, this update (and any future update) is free. Existing users should still upgrade, even if they don’t need the weather, so they can keep up with the most current bug fixes. The automated weather is completely optional, and the entire system can be turned off with a single click.
As with the original UniSky, this tool requires Unity Pro and Shader Model 3.0 hardware.

This is really cool.
As an aside, could you include compatibility info with UniSky, shader models, etc.?
Thanks! Sure – It requires Unity Pro and shader model 3.0. The video was shot with a 2 core 2.66 ghz machine using a geforce 8800 gtx, running at 350-400 fps during the peak of the storm.
